I recently stayed at a hotel in Cologne for a few days and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the central station and the Dom. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, always with a smile and willing to go the extra mile. They spoke excellent English and even offered us a welcome drink and snacks upon arrival. The room was spacious and mostly clean, and the wifi was quick. The hotel was also surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered great value for money. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again in the future!

Hotel is conveniently located close to Cologne train station and despite not so perfect surroundings hotel is nice inside and hotel staff was very helpful.

Staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, including early check-in, direction, everything really :). Room was large and comfortable.

The location of The Hotel is incredibly convenient, just a 2-minute walk from the central station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room on the 2nd floor was spacious and quiet, perfect for a comfortable stay. The windows with second glazing effectively blocked out any noise from outside. The hotel is also easily accessible to the city centre with a 15-minute walk. There are also delicious looking Asian restaurants nearby, making dining options convenient.

The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable, making it a convenient choice for my stay.

The only thing I missed for my work was a printing service.

Front service persons are friendly and very polite and kind. Room is large enough, and equipments are good, but there were no kettle, pan, knife, fork.

Room interior was old fashion. Around Hotel I felt danger on foot because of the construction. we could not find a walkway. City Authority should improve this condition as soon as possible.

Fantastic accommodation, the breakfast was fantastic, excellent location quite close to the main rail station. Loved a coffee table, a heating system, and a big desk in the room. Got the view of city. All the services were great! We had a real good experience.

The location was mind-blowing, a 3-minute walk from the station, the cathedral, and the amazing museums. Even though the hotel is next to the station, the soundproofing was jaw-dropping, ensuring a good night's sleep. The cleanliness was super, despite the slightly dated decor. You can't beat the location for visiting museums, shopping, and exploring nearby towns. The breakfast was fine, but plenty of super eateries nearby. The employees were fantastic, friendly, and extremely helpful. The beds were GREAT and we loved having a bathtub in the surprisingly large room.
